ISLAMABAD: A bill to amend the Pakistan Airports Authority Act, 2023 — the Pakistan Airports Authority (Amendment) Bill, 2026 — was introduced in the National Assembly on Thursday.
The bill was presented by Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary.
Meanwhile, the Islamabad Capital Territory Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance, 2026 (No. II of 2026) was laid before the National Assembly, in accordance with clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution.
