Every 30 minutes a Palestinian Child is killed by Israel: Dr. Syed Mehboob
(Karachi) : A rich tribute was paid by Ulema and Scholars to Shuhada of Al-Quds on the occasion of “ International Day of Resistance” at the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Several Ulema and scholars addressed the occasion. His Excellency Mr. Hassan Nourian on the occasion said that Pakistan always supported the Palestinian cause. This support continued before its Independence when the founder of Pakistan Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah categorically condemned Israel and pledged unconditional support for Palestinians. Hassan Nourian said 2024 brought many shocks for Iran and we lost President Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi and our Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahain embraced shahadah in a plane crash. Then Ismail Haniyeh was killed by Israel. All these martyrdoms despite shocking enhance our courage and pledge to continue our support for Palestinians. Dr. Syed Mehboob Senior Research Editor said that Israel is a terrorist state and even though UNGA, UNSC, OIC, ICJ, and ICC all international forums condemned Israeli atrocities and supported Palestinian independence one country sabotaged all the efforts to restore peace by supporting Israel. He said that every 30 minutes a Palestinian child was killed by Israel and in 450 days it killed 18,000 Palestinian children. America provided US$ 20 billion in aid to Israel in this period average of US$ 44.4 million in aid to it per day. He said that Ismail Haniya, Yahya Sanwar, and Qasim Sulemani lit a light with their courage, bravery, and martyrdom which would always illuminate the hearts and minds of Muslims. He said Iranian Rehbar e Moazzam Ayatollah Khamenei called himself a disciple of Allama Iqbal who is a symbol of Unity for the whole Muslim Ummah. It is therefore is the need of time to spread his message to all levels. Mr. Asad Ullah Bhutto Naib Ameer of Jamaat e Islami, Allama Abu Ul Khair Muhammad Zubair, Maulana Baqir Abbas Zaidi, Maulana Feroz Uddin Rehmani, Allama Ghulam Abbas, Maulana Azad Jameel also spoke on the occasion.
