ISLAMABAD:Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced the end of the protest in Islamabad.A PTI spokesperson said that the PTI had said that the peaceful protest is being canceled for the time being under the government plan.The spokesperson said that the future course of action will be decided in the light of the instructions of PTI founder Imran Khan.A PTI spokesperson said that brutality was shown against peaceful protesters in Islamabad. He claimed that information has been received about 8 workers who were martyred, workers were shot directly, and they condemn the killing and operation of workers.On the other hand, the police arrested more than 400 people during a grand operation against miscreants in Islamabad.According to a police spokesperson, Rawalpindi Police conducted a grand operation in the area adjacent to No. 26 Chungi and arrested more than 400 miscreants during the operation, while nearly 800 miscreants have been arrested across Punjab.According to the spokesperson, a large number of weapons and wireless devices were recovered from the suspects, while slingshots and ball bearings were also recovered from the suspects.Police spokesperson Kan said that the suspects are involved in attacks on police, vandalism and arson.
