(Karachi) The News Lark team visited the Chinese Consulate, in Karachi to express its deep sorrow and condolence over the tragic deaths of Chinese engineers by a terrorist suicide attack at Karachi airport. The team comprises Jawed Ahmed Malik, Chief Editor, and CEO of the News Lark, and Dr. Syed Mehboob Senior Research Editor. The team signed a condolence book and expressed its deep sympathy with the bereaved families and prayed to Almighty Allah that He may give due courage to them to bear this great loss. His Excellency Mr. Yang Yundong said China is a friend of Pakistan.Despite such cowardly attempts to sabotage Pakistan-China friendship, China will continue its support for the development of Pakistan. Mr. Jawed Malik said that these attacks are organized and planned crimes against humanity and there must be zero tolerance for such attempts and there should be foolproof arrangements for Chinese working in Pakistan. He said that the News Lark is committed to promoting Pakistan’s friendship and its whole team is dedicated to this cause. Dr. Syed Mehboob said that these attacks are not only on the Chinese but also on Pakistani values, its integrity, and security. These are against our culture and religion. Chinese working in Pakistan are our friends, and our guests, and all Pakistanis must support them. He said that terrorists have organized and connected networks that must be rooted out. He said enemies of Pakistan investing millions of dollars on misguided and ill-informed Baluch youth, providing them with suicide training, weapons, and financial support. Their investment is for subversive activities and to counter them there is a need to invest for constructive and positive activities to enhance Baluch youth’s skills, providing them with quality education, and job opportunities.
