Karachi (Report, Waseem Khan): In view of the rapidly growing population of Karachi, renowned builder Falak Naz Group initiated the project “Mega Pearl” at the prime location of Gulistan-e-Jauhar. The grand launch ceremony of the project took place, featuring luxurious apartments with 3, 4, and 5 rooms, spacious shops, and extensive showrooms in Block 18 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar, located near Jauhar Underpass and Habib University.

He explained that the joint project of Falak Naz and Mega Pearl Properties is on a four-year schedule, and despite initial training two years ago, it faced delays due to the underpass construction in Jauhar Chorangi.
