ISLAMABAD:Federal Minister for Railways, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi on Wednesday warmly received Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar at Islamabad Airport upon his return from China.

Welcoming the Deputy Prime Minister/ Foreign Minister, he congratulated him on his successful diplomatic engagements, describing the China visit as a significant achievement for Pakistan’s foreign policy.

He said that the outcomes of the visit would further strengthen bilateral relations between Pakistan and China while contributing to regional cooperation and stability.

The minister also felicitated DPM/FM Ishaq Dar on the successful hosting of the foreign ministers’ conference, terming it a reflection of Pakistan’s constructive and positive role on the global stage.

He said that Pakistan’s effective diplomacy is projecting a favourable image internationally and reinforcing the country’s standing.

Highlighting the role of national leadership, Hanif Abbasi said Pakistan was moving forward with dignity and confidence in the international community due to prudent policies and strategic vision.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to its longstanding friendship with China, he expressed optimism that bilateral cooperation would expand further, opening new avenues of partnership between the two countries.

The minister said the nation took pride in its leadership’s successful diplomatic efforts, adding that Pakistan remained firmly on the path of progress, stability, and enhanced global stature.
