Amsterdam: (www.thenewslark com) 5–9 July 2026 – The World Longevity Forum (WLF), under the leadership of Gerontologist Dr. Kemal Aydın, will convene in Amsterdam alongside the IAGG 2026 World Congress on Gerontology and Geriatrics. This high-level, multi-stakeholder forum will bring together representatives from government, academia, private sector, civil society, media, and community leaders to shape the global agenda on healthy ageing and longevity.
The Forum aims to define future strategies in gerontology, geriatrics, longevity, care, and rehabilitation, in alignment with the United Nations Decade of Healthy Ageing (2021–2030) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030).
Key Objectives:
Promote age-friendly policies and inclusive communities worldwide
Advance research and innovation in healthy ageing and geriatric care
Foster public-private-civil society partnerships to support longevity initiatives
Highlight the integration of longevity principles into urban planning, healthcare, and social systems
Dr. Kemal Aydın stated:
