RAWALPINDI: Security forces killed two Khwarij, including ringleader Dilawar, during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted in the general area of Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan district, following reports of their presence in the area.
“During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the khwarij location. Resultantly, two Khwarij, including Kharji ring leader Dilawar, were sent to hell. Killed Kharji Dilawar was highly wanted by Law enforcement agencies due to his involvement in multiple terrorist activities and Government had fixed head money of Rs 4 Million on him” said a news release issued by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
