ISLAMABAD:“Scholarly work serves as an essential antidote to the historical amnesia imposed on the struggle of the Kashmiri people,” stated Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Broadcasting Barrister Danyal Chaudhry while addressing the launch ceremony of the book “Jammu and Kashmir – The Forgotten Narrative” at the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI).
Organized by the India Study Centre (ISC) at ISSI, the event gathered diplomats, academics, and policy experts to celebrate the publication authored by Saud Sultan. The book seeks to reclaim the silenced historical truths surrounding the Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
