Ministry of Religious Affairs announced that more than 1.14 million applications have been received in just 13 days under the government’s Hajj 2026 scheme.
According to the spokesperson, around 14,000 applications are being submitted daily, with nearly 1.11 million already processed. With about 3,000 seats still remaining, authorities have decided to continue receiving applications until the quota is filled.
The ministry has urged intending pilgrims to submit their applications to nearby banks as soon as possible, as requests will no longer be accepted once the quota is complete.
