China’s philosophy is to promote peace, stability, openness, and cooperation worldwide, bring different parts of the world closer together, and enhance global trade. He said that by supporting peace, stability, and international law, we are on the right side of history. He said his country continues to support Pakistan. His Excellency Mr. Feng Deheng, Acting Consul General of the People’s Republic of China, was talking with the News Lark team, which visited the Chinese consulate on Wednesday. The team was comprised of Mr. Jawed Malik, Chief Editor, The News Lark, and Dr Syed Mehboob, Senior Research Editor. He appreciated the role played by The News Lark and its team in promoting Pakistan and China. Mr. Jawed Malik introduced The News Lark and its other publications. He said The News Lark’s pages are dedicated to China, and it has published authentic news, analysis, and articles on China and provided a true picture to its readers. Dr Syed Mehboob highlighted China’s role in stability and said China connected 150 countries through the Belt and Road Initiative ( BRI),and due to its policy of noninterference into affairs of other countries, more and more countries are relying on it and having long-term partnerships with it. China is creating employment opportunities for people of its partner countries. He said he has written 140 articles on China, which are a good source of authentic and research-based information on China. Mr. Feng Dheng appreciated the contribution of Dr Syed Mehboob and said these articles are highly informative. Mr. Jawed Malik pledged that the News Lark will continue to promote Pakistan-China friendship in the future too. He presented a beautiful cap to His Excellency as a token of love.
