H.E Yang Yundong Accolades the role played by the News Lark team to promote Pakistan-China friendship
(http//:www.thenewslark.com) :The News Lark team paid a visit to the Chinese Consulate to hold a farewell meeting with His Excellency Mr. Yang Yundong, who has completed his tenure.
Mr. Jawed Malik, CEO and Chief Editor of The News Lark, shared his sweet memories with His Excellency and paid rich tribute to him. He said that Mr. Yang Yundong possesses a pleasant personality and has always been very cooperative. Mr. Malik added that he never felt any distance whenever he met him and that saying goodbye to such a remarkable friend is very difficult. He stated that Mr. Yang Yundong will always remain in their hearts.
Mr. Jawed Malik also shared his unforgettable memories of his visit to China in 2023. He thanked Mr. Yang Yundong, who made this visit possible.
Dr. Syed Mehboob, Senior Research Editor, said that whenever the word “China” is pronounced, it brings sweetness to the tongue and peace to the heart and mind. He remarked that the personality of His Excellency Mr. Yang Yundong is equally admirable, and that his name also brings warmth and affection to the hearts of those who know him.
Dr. Mehboob further stated that he has written 130 articles on China and that it is a great honor for him to be the first Pakistani journalist and intellectual to achieve this milestone. He credited Mr. Jawed Malik for his continuous support and encouragement in accomplishing this achievement. He also recalled his visit to China in 2024 and said that whatever he has written about China, its development, education policy, advancement in science and technology, wisdom, farsightedness, sincerity, and vision of the Chinese leadership, he witnessed all these with his own eyes during his visit to China.
Mr. Jawed Malik and Dr. Syed Mehboob presented two poems and an article written by Dr. Mehboob as a tribute to His Excellency Mr. Yang Yundong. They also expressed their love, prayers, best wishes, and gratitude for him during this farewell meeting.
His Excellency Mr. Yang Yundong appreciated the role played by the News Lark and its team in promoting Pakistan-China friendship. He said that 130 articles by Dr. Mehboob are such a voluminous and daunting task that he has done and contain valuable information about China.
The News Lark team wished him with its prayers, and prayed to Almighty Allah for his success and longevity.
