ISLAMABAD:A petition has been filed to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday seeking an early decision on Bushra Bibi’s sentence suspension appeal in the 190 million pound cas
The plea requests the court to decide the issue on a priority basis in light of her medical condition.
It also prayed to summon the relevant officials along with the complete medical record.
The plea took the stance that Bushra Bibi’s daughters had learned about their mother’s eye surgery .
Additionally, the plea highlighted that the hearing scheduled for April 23 was cancelled, causing further delay in the case.
