ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar on Wednesday assured the representatives of various bar councils that government would take measures to improve the infrastructures of bar councils.
He met with the presidents, newly elected cabinet members, and other office bearers of Narowal, Lodhran, Jhang, and Hafizabad Bar Associations.
During the meeting, various matters concerning the bar associations were discussed in detail. The newly elected representatives apprised the Federal Minister of the issues faced by their respective bars. Particular focus was placed on the improvement of bar rooms, enhancement of library facilities, and welfare initiatives for the lawyers’ community.
The law minister acknowledged the vital role of the legal fraternity in the justice system and assured the representatives of the Government’s full cooperation in addressing the concerns of the bar associations.
He emphasized that improving bar infrastructure, including libraries and bar rooms, would contribute to facilitating lawyers in their professional responsibilities.
