Islamabad administration must not follow orders of a ‘loser’: Maryam Nawaz

ISLAMABAD: PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz Monday said that the game is over for Prime Minister Imran Khan and asked the Islamabad administration to not take orders of a “loser”.The PML-N leader was speaking to journalists in the federal capital after appearing at the Islamabad High Court (IHC) in relation to her appeal in the Avenfield reference. “You know your game is over. The days to silence and intimidate people are gone, and the time has come for your [Imran Khan’s] confinement,” the PML-N leader said. While referring to the premier’s Sunday speech in Malakand, where the prime minister lashed out at the Opposition and advised the dissident PTI MNAs to return, she said that it was a speech of a “loser”.”People have shown a red card to Imran Khan,” the PML-N leader said and asked the prime minister to stop abusing and adopt civilised behaviour. Maryam told the administration of Islamabad not to follow the orders of the “loser” prime minister as his “game was over”.The PML-N leader said after the prime minister uttered the word “neutral” during a recent gathering in Khyber Pakhtunkwa, his party members started to leave him. “Do you want someone else to complete your count [during the voting session of the no-confidence motion]?” Maryam asked the premier, adding that if someone “is not paying heed to your request, then you are calling them animals”.The PML-N leader said the ruling PTI’s numbers were not complete during the elections in the Senate, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Maryam alleged that the incumbent prime minister has not let any institution remain neutral.  “You have not even let the National Accountability Bureau and Federal Investigation Agency remain neutral.”
